Goob Torre is a little village between Bayo Mountain and the usually dry Malgis River. Our initial contact was Torre himself who professed faith in Nairobi. He returned to Korr with others and then ‘disappeared’. We finally located him in this remote village with his extended family where he had got married. He seems to have forgotten everything he knew in Nairobi about the faith, but the village is open to us, but there is no one to go there.
